Convenient for Trafford centre and MediaCityUK, only 2 minutes walk to the tram stop, main bus stop, high street and Morrisons (but far enough to not get any of the noise associated!). It takes me 25 minutes to cycle to Manchester city centre at my incredibly slow pace.

Both rooms have beds and wardrobes, while the double also has a desk and a chair and some shelves.

There are shared newly renovated kitchen and shower room, a downstairs toilet and a living room. There is also a small garden at the back. Parking wise, there is no allocated parking but it's simple enough to find a spot on the nearby streets within a minute's walk.

There are currently two friendly couples occupying two other bedrooms, they work 9-5 but they were friendly and good company while I was still living at the property.
