All long term tenants, 1 having lived in another of the landlords properties then moved over to this house for better amenities, another having lived in this house for 2 years then moved to London which didn't suit so returned to same house :)

House is warm n cosy with wooden flooring, range cooker, washer dryer and back garden complete with BBQ :)
Shared bathroom and shared drive with parking space should you choose to use it.
lounge /kitchen with tv area so we can catch up on daily events and so on, second tv room if you want a bit of time alone.

Double room includes double bed wardrobe and drawers, bedside tables, desk and good carpets. all rooms have their own locks.
