Room in 3 bed flat share

Hi my name's Emily im 21 and I have a single room I am looking to rent out in Eccles. We are very close to the train station, tram, and bus station so we have great transport links. The property is a 3 bed 2 bathroom top floor flat where I live with my friend from work. We have two kittens but we keep them and the flat clean and they are very freindly. The price is 295/month or 70/weekly if preffered: this includes wifi, virgin tv and all bills. The property also has its own car park and there is a share living area/kitchen.(I will consider a monday to friday let for a reduced rent :) )
