Double ensuite room in Monton (mon-fri rent)

Hi,

I own and live in a lovely new (7 years old) 4 bed house in Monton and have a lovely double en suite room for rent. I live here alone and looking for a Monday-Friday rent as have done this before and it works really well for me....

It's 5 miles from the city and 3 miles from media city so would suit someone who works away from home in the city or in Salford in the week.

Extra clean tidy people only please

Also Monton has lots of great bars and pubs all in walking distance and a canal and woods which is great for runs, any questions please ask
