Single bedroom in a big flat. Modern building. Great location: quiet street,5 min walk to Eccles market, bus, tram,& train st. Midway between mediacity & Trafford centre. 15 min drive to city centre. near to trainline to liverpool (50 mins).

The room comfortably fits 1 person. There are many free parking spaces in the street down my building.

The flat has 1 bathroom with hot tub. Shared living room, dining room, and modern kitchen with utensils ( which you can use for cooking). There is a washer, wifì, & TV box.

Some house rules:
No smoking is allowed in the building.
Special note regarding dog owners, i don't prefer to have dogs in my flat. Ok with other pets.
You are sharing the apartment with me, I try to keep it clean, so i d expect you to do that as well.

The room is mainly for short let. I expect 1 week deposit then weekly rental in advance.
