Room To Rent In 'Monton Carlo'

Im looking for a roommate for my spare room. I have a double fully furnished room to rent, a shared bathroom and living area in Monton, (It is only shared by myself). The flat is in a beautiful location next to the Canal and a quiet pub, Other bars, shops and restaurants are located within a 5 minute walk.
Great transport links and lots of parking if you have your own car. only a 10 minute drive to Trafford Centre/ Salford Royal and Media city. There is a train station (Patricroft) within walking distance, the journey takes approx 12- 15mins to Victoria station. The nearest tram station is in Eccles passes through media city.

I work shifts as a nurse, therefore my working hours are not very consistent or routine, but I am very respectful and quiet if coming home late at night/ early in the morning.

Room price (£400 PCM) is inclusive of all bills excluding Council tax. A deposit and references are required in advance.
