We are looking for a housemate that’s relaxed and easy to get on with. Someone who’s friendly, thoughtful, considerate and cleans up after themselves.
We have a spacious furnished double room, in our immaculate, friendly and relaxed family home. The room includes a new double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, TV. Use of the shared bathroom, two downstairs reception rooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc.
Eccles town centre and the Metrolink tram stop are only a 10 minutes away if walking. We are 10 minutes by train to Manchester, 10 mins tram to Media City, 30 minutes in to Manchester Centre.
Monton village is a 15 min walk to all the bars and restaurants (the say it’s the new Chorlton!!).
Fabulous transport links by car/train/tram/bus. Near to M62/M60/M602/M61 and East Lancs motorways.
10 mins from Trafford Centre/Salford Quays/Media City/Salford Royal Hospital. Easy access to Salford Uni, Manchester City Centre and Manchester Airport.
Unlimited broadband and all bills are included. One month rent in advance and a £100 deposit.
