- full of original victorian features, and contemporary style.
- We have 300mb broadband & business grade WiFi throughout,
- a fabulous communal kitchen/ buzzing social hub,
- and an exquisite lounge, perfect for chilling out with a drink after work or watching a movie on the 50” 4K TV.
All the bills are included, as is everything you need including all the
- crockery,
- cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen,
- a communal laundry with tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards - and ample storage for bulky items
- Cleaner every week,
If you drive we have off-street parking, and if you don’t we have an indoor bike store. There is a cleaner every week for the communal areas, and for an additional fee you can also have your room cleaned, and your laundry washed and ironed. If you need bedding and towels, we also have packs for sale when you move in, so all you have to bring is your clothes and your toothbrush.
We are not traditional landlords- we offer a personal service to all of our tenants, and strive to bring together a community of like-minded people, who are looking to make new friends and explore their new city. We make sure everyone in the house knows each other, so you wont be bumping into strangers in the corridor, and provide a Facebook group to make sure you don’t miss a big night out.
