Double Bedroom available in newly built house

Hi, I currently live in a spacious newly built two bedroom house and I am looking to have someone occupy the second bedroom due to my current tenant leaving on the 22/08/18.

I am looking for a tidy respectful house mate to share my home with, the amenities in the how are available to the guest and there is a double bed already provided within the room.

I currently work 7 days a week so rarely home which will provide the tenant more privacy and I also have two small cats.

Contract terms can vary from a minimum of 3 month up to a year –Tram and bus links 10 minutes away from the house and local supermarkets such as Aldi and Morrison’s are also within a 10 minute radios
