Lovely double bedroom in a convenient area

I work full time, Mon-Fri. After work I like to relax, cook a meal, watch TV, gym (when it's open.. 😩) the usual stuff.. I don't party at home unless there's a special occasion and prefer a sensible drink or a meal/night out so ideally sharing with someone like minded would be great.
I'm very clean so it would be great if my new house mate is too, especially when it comes to communal areas.

I like my own space after a long day but I am also happy to hang out and have a meal together on some nights or watch a film, I don't really want to live with a stranger.
