Bedroom(s) to let in Manchester flat!

Heya! First off, I'm a transgender woman so if that makes you uncomfortable move on.

This is a three bedroom, three bathroom flat currently occupied by myself (full time PHD student, 25) and my friend who is set to leave in February (bookie's manager/football coach, 25).

We're looking ideally for another full-time student, since if that's the case we don't have to pay Council Tax! But if you're not a student feel free to still apply!!

My only downside is that I'm quite messy, thought I'd be honest upfront. But the bonus is, I don't mind if you are! And, I am trying to get better at that.

My bedroom is in the attic and is an ensuite. The other two bathrooms are on the 1st floor, so once my flatmate leaves it'd be just yours.

The furnishings are moderate : sofa, washing machine, dishwasher, small table and four chairs, ironing board, bins etc, plus a TV. These are not owned by the landlord. What is owed by him is the oven and microwave!

We're within walking distance of a train station and quite close to busstops and local supermarkets.

Going to the city centre is easy.

There is also a parking space which neither of us use, so you're welcome to it!

I'm quite quiet, as I'm normally working all day. And, since I'm in the attic I don't really care about noise.
