Spacious room in peaceful suburban house

Hi there,

My current housemate is moving in with his other half and so I'm looking for a new housemate!

The room being offered is spacious and fully furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small table, along with plenty of natural light. It is directly opposite the bathroom, which features a bath and shower, along with your own shelf for toiletries.

The house is furnished, with Sky TV and broadband, a washing machine in the utility room and a small courtyard next to the kitchen. We also have free on-street parking and the bills amount to roughly £130 a month each.

Within five minutes walk of the house are three supermarkets, a petrol station, pharmacy and post office, along with plenty of green spaces in the area where I like to walk Cleopatra (my dog).

We also have quick access to the M60 motorway and Manchester city centre is approximately 15 minutes drive or 25 minutes through public transport.

About me, I'm a supply teacher and writer, so spend an equal amount of time in and out the house. I enjoy going out (when we can!), exploring the area and meeting new people, but also love a chilled night on the sofa in front of the TV. I’d say that this information applies to Cleopatra as well.

I’d really like to live with someone who has similar interests to me (see the description) and for us to get on, as this is obviously important when living together. As you can see, I enjoy displaying pictures and posters, but would want you to display your own as well, so that this house feels as much of a home to you as it does for me.
