I am looking for a housemate to join me and my friendly and playful cat Nyla.
I have lived in the house for 3 years and would like to replace my existing housemate who is moving out so I can stay in the house. I am a mature student studying a 2nd degree in Children's Nursing and so whilst I love a night out every now and then, I am equally suited to a young professional too.
I love to cook and make a mean Sunday roast dinner, lucky you! I do also like to binge Netflix so would love a housemate that is sociable around the house and likes to hang out some evenings.
The house is located close to public transport links (bus stop to Piccadilly is at the end of the road) and parking is available if needed. My housemate is happy to leave her furniture for a furnished room or this can be removed if unfurnished is desired. You can decorate the room to suit your own personal taste.

£550 in inclusive of all bills. If you are a full-time student, the house will be eligible for full council tax reduction and therefore rent will be less - I can let you know the reduced price on request.
