I have a bright, spacious room for let in this 5-bed property in Failsworth. There is a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a common area with a beautiful brick fireplace and wooden floors, and a large paved back patio for enjoying in summer. Everyone should keep the house tidy and respect each other's downtime.

This is the third of five rooms that will be rented out. We have some renovations to do on the house until end March, and then the remaining two rooms will be rented out.

The house is conveniently located across from Aldi, Tesco, and many other shops, and is only a four minute walk to the Failsworth tram stop, and a minute walk to a bus that leads straight to Manchester, so it's very well-located for those commuting to the city centre. There is also a nice wooded area and a canal, both about a five minute walk from the house.
