Bills; gas, electric, council tax, water and internet are included. Internet is 200mbps. The dishwasher tablets, hand soaps, toilet paper and washing up liquid are included in the rent.

There's a shared bathroom, with bathtub and shower, along with the living room, garden and kitchen. There is on street parking. Not always guaranteed parking outside the house as it's a small street and gets busy.

Failsworth tram stop is around 8 minute walk away. 83/84 bus stop is 2 minutes away. Access to Rochdale canal is 2 minutes away, with a massive Tesco about 5 minutes walk away, with an Aldi just opposite it.

You'll be sharing with a 34 year old, cis male, gay, live in landlord, who works usual 9-5. Not out every weekend, but enjoys a dance every so often. Loves to bake, cook, watch films, read and exercise, mainly running and yoga. There is a 9 month old puppy.

Not looking to fill the house as soon as. It's important for me to find someone who'll respect the space, be open and communicative.
