There is a great outside smoking area and a beautiful enclosed private garden. private light and airy bungalow in quiet cul-de-sac, walk over onto Medlock vale in 1 minute, 5 mins from bustop to Manchester or Oldham both only 20 mins on bus or 5 mins in car to both piccadilly and victoria train stations , Easy access to the M60 for connections ,your own off road parking , garage to store things , this bungalow will be your own whole space and is beautiful fitted out newly decorated and carpeted
I'm very easy going and away alot , I'm very clean organised and would expect someone the same.
I'm very private and helpful if I can , you respect my home you will be well looked after .
The bungalow is in a leafy cul de sac with no traffic with lots of peace and quiet.
The bedroom is very big with double bed and storage shelves and an open hanger wardrobe.
A desk and chair can be fitted if needed to work from home.
Full fast WiFi, gas central heating ,electric heating, electric shower.
If I was looking as I did years ago I would be over the moon with it.
I'm only at the place ,Monday, Wednesday and Fridays as I stay at my partners 10 mins away the other 4 days so you would have entire place and use.
I go away alot and I really need a 100% trustworthy person take care of the property whilst I'm away and treat with respect , respect works both ways .
