So where to start … I’ve got a double en-suite room up for grabs - and is all newly renovated and the bedroom with en-suite bathroom for rent is actually newly built.
The house is nice and big, there are 2 living rooms , a big open plan kitchen / diner.
The room is on the other side of the house to mine so it’s very self contained - no TV noise through the walls etc . Just to add - the bedroom has blinds now… Oh and it has a garden and on street parking on a quiet street.
The house really is lovely and comfortable, and it’s about 7 minute walk to the bus into town - with no traffic this will take as little as 10 minutes, with traffic more like 20. And a taxi into town is very easy. The street is quiet, the neighbours are lovely. There is also a tram stop but that’s 20 min walk away so I find the bus is quicker (and cheaper!)
A little about me - I’m really active, love going to the gym, hiking, and netball. I equally love food , wine & Prosecco! I’m sociable , but not needy or loud etc . I keep the house really clean and tidy.
