Roommate Wanted for Manchester House

Lived here for almost half a year, located in a quiet inner street, safe neighborhood, and peaceful at night.

Room Layout:
• Ground Floor: Open shared kitchen & dining room
• 1st Floor: Master bedroom & living room (mainly for me, my boyfriend, and our cat)
• 2nd Floor: Two guest rooms (both available for rent, sharing one bathroom) & one spare guest room

Currently me, my boyfriend, and 1 cat live here.

We are looking for a roommate who is financially stable, clean, easy-going, and fun.

Transportation:
• 15 minutes (4 stops) on the Pink Line to the city center (Failsworth Station)
• 5-8 minute walk to Tesco Extra, ALDI, Domino’s, KFC, Post Office, 2 large GP clinics with pharmacies.
• 5 minutes drive to Oldham Costco
• 15 minutes drive via Oldham Road to Arndale Centre.

Rent:
£625 per month, including utilities (water, electricity, internet)
