Double Bedroom - Recently Redecorated + Parking

I recently bought a new house in Failsworth and have been busy redecorating. Now I'm looking for a housemate to chill with and share the space

House:

You'll be moving into a cute 2 bed house with nice furnishings and plenty of on street parking available. You will have a good sized double bedroom to call your own and a spacious open plan living / dining room to relax or socialise. The room comes furnished with an ottoman double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a desk. All the furniture in the bedroom, including the mattress, is brand new.

There is a large shared bathroom with plenty of space for toiletries and a nice back garden that gets sunlight all afternoon. Lots of additional storage space available in a large linen closet.

There is a large Tesco Extra + Aldi that take about 10 minutes to walk to or a pretty pretty handy corner shop 2 minutes away. There are also multiple bars and restaurants within easy walking distance if you fancy some food or a drink. Good transport links with multiple bus routes into the city centre less than 10 minutes from here, or alternatively a 20 minute walk to Failsworth tram stop. The M60 and the motorway network is less than a 5 minute drive away.

A cleaner comes once a fortnight to give the communal spaces a deeper clean.

Housemate:

I work from 9 - 5 Monday to Friday (2 days office, 3 wfh) so keep pretty regular hours during the week but don't mind if you don't! Generally chill by watching TV in the evenings but often out one or two nights per week. Weekends vary, I like to keep busy, see friends, go on day trips etc... but sometimes a Sunday on the sofa is needed!

I don't need to be best friends with my flatmate (though that would be awesome) but its important that we we get along and have a few things in common. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with - like most people I value some me time but enjoy company as well. So you'll have your own space when you need it but it won't feel like you are living alone either!

I go to the gym or go running a few times a week and if you would like to join me or force me to go more often that would be great!

I occasionally vape in the house, but if you want to smoke real cigarettes you can use the back garden.

You'll also be sharing the house with a 10 year old cat who is equally friendly and feisty. Bonus points if you would up for looking after her whenever I'm away for the odd weekend.
