I am looking for the perfect house mate to vacate my second bedroom, it is a double room with a built in wardrobe and lots of natural daylight.

The house itself has two bathrooms, a driveway which can accommodate two cars, a shed with full electricity, and a spacious garden.

I have two cats and so the ideal housemate would ideally love animals too or at least be able to live with them. They are very clean and independent.

Within the price, bills are included and access to fast fibre optic broadband also within the price.
