Big Furnished room in a quiet home.

I am a single professional and I travel frequently due to my work. I spend a large part of the year outside the UK and usually stay abroad for at least six months of the year. For this reason, I am renting out the rooms in my home.

The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, wardrobe, and all necessary furniture. LAll bills are included in the rent.

The property is very well located:
• Only a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
• 15–20 minutes to Manchester Piccadilly by bus
• 8–10 minutes by car

The person renting the room will be sharing the home with me when I am in the UK; however, I am away for most of the year.
