Furnished Double En-suite Bedroom with Parking

The location is a 10 minute drive from Ancoats / Northern Quarter, directly opposite a large park nice for walking, and minutes away from a variety of supermarkets. The easiest public transport is bus which is £2 and can get you into the city centre in as quick as 10 minutes without traffic.

The house is a 3 bed house, and you’ll be sharing with just me 😊 there is 2 living rooms both with 55” TVs and corner sofas so you’ll also have your own living room.

There is a garden and on street parking, a well equipped open plan kitchen with Ninja food accessories (including the Creami 😋)

A bit about me - I work in Marketing and from home 3-4 days a week (not an issue if you work from home too there is more than enough space) I’m always out and about doing classes on ClassPass or in the gym, walking hiking etc. Like a good Prosecco / Wine every now and then . Easygoing , tidy , used to living with people (had 3 lodgers over the years and also been a lodger myself)
