Working couple with spare double room available,

Hiya , firstly we are thrilled to have bought our first house in 2016 but we have a spare double room available. It's a lovely house (though I guess I'm slightly biased). There are three double bedrooms , newly fitted bathroom, large lounge and separate dining room , high ceilings and a decent patio garden space for our lovely Manchester summers! At the moment the we are redoing the garden therefore it is a bit of a mud patch but I promise we have a plan for it as soon as the weather's better. The room is furnished with double bed, triple oak wardrobe, rug and bedside table but there's room for manoeuvre if you have your own bit's to fit in. And load of space under the bed. It overlooks the garden so quieter than the front.
We moved to Failsworth from other parts of manchester two summers ago but find the house has great transport links to the city with bus stop outside, tram 10 mins away and a cheap taxi company which costs £9 to Northern Quarter. The access to the m60 is easy for work commutes. There's a massive tescos and an aldi minutes away for easy food shops.
A bit about us... Me (Josie) and my boyfriend Rik live here. We're both easy going , enjoy socialising, eating, mainly relaxing with a boxset in the week and save living to the weekends. Also have two guinea pigs (who have their own space)
Am looking for someone who needs a room from February. It will be a months rolling contract initially with a possibility of extending it longer.
