The room is bright, fresh and clean, nicely furnished with a comfy double bed, built in large wardrobe, nice mirror, artwork, table, chair and cabinet, original wooden floor.

I am looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy housemate. It would be nice to share with a fellow creative or musician but it is not essential. Would ideally suit a professional or a mature/postgrad student.

I'm looking to travel for 2 months and renting out both of my rooms. My room short term for 2 months. The other potentially longer.

The living room has 3 comfy sofas and there is a dining room that gets the morning sunlight. Fresh new bathroom with shower and lovely victorian style bathtub. The kitchen is compact but has everything one needs. There is a little back yard oasis with a small palm tree, flowers and herbs and a funky sofa with a see through roof and small fire pit and table.

There is broadband and a washing machine.
