All bedrooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk with chair.

In a great location less than ten minutes walk from the centre of Fallowfield and with Fallowfield Retail Park only a short walk away.

Excellent public transport links to the City Centre on the Oxford Road / Wilmslow Road corridor bus route in Fallowfield. Easy links to Chorlton and Trafford Centre with bus stop right outside the door.
There are currently 3 male professionals residing in the property and we are looking for one more professional to join them.

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for somebody who is willing to sign for a minimum of six months- we regret we cannot offer anything less than this.

As well as paying the rent, you will also be required to make the following permitted payments.
