Double bedroom on top floor

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am transferring to a different university. You would be living with 4 really lovely and friendly people, 3 boys and one girl. All are easy to get along with, up for a laugh and are clean and tidy. The room is a very cosy double bedroom on the top floor of the house, with a large window to make the room very bright. Lots of storage space for clothes and also comes with a desk. The area is very quiet as the bedroom backs onto a set of allotments. The house has two bathrooms and a large kitchen and living area. The house is also only a five minute walk away from a large supermarket and major bus routes to take you into the city centre/university.
