I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 6 bedroom house in Fallowfield.

Existing housemates comprise of 4 males and 1 female. They're all lovely, happy to chill and watch movies and like to go on nights out occasionally. I'm gay and they were accepting of me and happy living with me so if you're LGBT no need to worry :)
The room is on the first floor with a double bed, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
There's a shared living room with a large TV and full Sky+HD (including sports & movies) that is included in the rent. There's no smoking or pets in the house though, sorry (there's a back yard where you're able to smoke).
