Due to a flatmate dropping out of uni, we’ll have a spare room in the apartment that we’ll be moving into come September. Located on Granville Road, Fallowfield. Rent is £115 per week, bills included. Just off Wilmslow Road so close to all the shops/bars/bus stops. All rooms are a good size and have double beds. Shared garden with the 8 bed apartment upstairs and you’ll be living with two sociable 20 year olds. Apartment is downstairs so pretty safe and everyone in the whole house are UoM students going into second year.
