Flatmate needed asap! double room £355pm

The house is located just off the main road and has great access to transport links as well as shops. The room has a double bed and is located on the ground floor, we have a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is a small yard with some chairs around the back. Bills are around £40pm including wifi, we also get a couple sport channels. We're really chill guys who love a laugh. We're fairly mature and past the party animal stage but we do like to play cards with a few drinks in the evenings. One of us recently graduated in engineering whilst me and the other flatmate study at MMU. We're ideally looking for another student but we're open to other options.
