The flat is fully furnished (including crockery and a TV!) to a high standard and very secure with gated entry to the parking area and code access to the buildings. The building is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and bars as well as being well located for accessing the city centre, university, and hospitals in Manchester.

I am currently living in this flat and love the convenience as well as the peace and quiet that it offers. I work in healthcare and enjoy coming home in the evenings from a busy atmosphere to relax and decompress - which this flat enables perfectly! I enjoy going out to the cinema or going for a walk in the countryside on weekends, as well as just staying in and taking advance of time off.

I would be looking for a housemate who also values downtime at home.
