Whole property - Cleaning included

Whole property available. No bills included however we offer bi-weekly cleaning of the common areas as a gesture.

This property Is fully furnished. It has been empty for a few months and therefore there has been no one living there that could have contaminated the place, with respect to the ongoing outbreak. It will also receive a further deep clean prior to move in.

Small smart TV in the communal area, connected to an active Netflix account also included.

Initial viewings are remote so that only serious interest will be given in-person viewings. We are also happy to consider tenants for the upcoming academic year.
