1 double bedroom in a 3 bed 3 storey FEMALE house in a nice residential area in fallowfield, with private parking and just 2 females living here.

There’s no deposit or agency fee but I’m asking for first and half rent preferably when you move in but can be flexible and you can pay the half month a little later or in an instalment this just means you can end the tenancy whenever you like just give your one months notice and your last month of staying here you’ll only pay £300 as you’d of already paid the first half of the last month when you moved in

Bathroom on the second floor you will only share with one other person as i have my own
