Flatmate for spacious South Manchester flat

Hi! I'm a young professional living in a spacious 2-bed flat situated in a quiet/secure gated community next to an allotment in the Fallowfield area, about 2 mins walk from the Wilmslow Road bus route. It's a top floor flat so the views out over the garden and allotment are lovely, especially if there's a nice sunset! The flat is fully-furnished and has all the usual white goods (fridge/washer/dishwasher). My previous flatmate has moved out to live overseas so I'm looking for someone new.

I work in the medtech industry in R&D and, like many people at the moment, I'm currently working from home. Outside of work I enjoy music (I play in a couple of bands) and cycling to keep fit. I also enjoy languages; I speak Spanish and am trying (emphasis on trying) to learn Portuguese.

In terms of preferences for a new flatmate, I'm fairly easy, so long as you're clean/tidy, friendly and aren't waking the neighbours making a crazy racket at 3am it'll probably be reet :)
