We're Kathryn and Khatab, we own and manage the property and like to take a personal approach to management - you are in direct contact with us (so you never have to deal with any agents) and we are always on hand to deal with any issues. We often have tenants who renew their tenancy year on year which reflects the house, and our good relationship with our tenants.
