520pcm Huge Double Bedroom Available Immediately

Hi everyone,

I am moving out of my room soon and would need someone to replace me. Ideally would like someone to replace me by April 30th.

Rent is £520 a month which includes all bills. The house is beautiful and has a garden. You will be sharing with 4 other students, all in 2nd year and ages 20-22, LGBTQ+ friendly, Black & POC, EXTREMELY 420 friendly. Everyone is really lovely and enjoy socialising as well as their own space.

The contract is short term (ends 30th June), so would suit anyone who just needs a couple months before finding a permanent place.

The house is located in Fallowfield and is a 3 minute walk from the bus stops to town and to South Manchester (Didsbury, Withington, Wythenshawe).

The landlord will require a deposit of £300 and then the first months rent once tenancy is agreed upon. If you are a student you will need a guarantor, unless you’re willing to pay the remainder of the contract upfront which is £1040.
