We have a lovely double en-suite bedroom available on 1 August 2024 in a friendly house share. The room may not be the same one in the photos but will be very similar, with a new en-suite shower room.

This is a 5 bed house. Two of the bedrooms have en-suites.

We are looking for friendly, tidy people to share our lovely house ☺️The property has undergone a substantial refurbishment only a year ago (new kitchen, en-suite rooms, carpets, furniture, fresh wall paint, curtains or blinds etc) so please message us if you are interested and we can tell you more about it.

The box room of the house has been turned into a little 'snug' room. A chill out area where you can take a break from your room and spend time with others watching TV. Or there is a small back garden where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine and/or fresh air!

The rooms consist of High speed WiFi and are fully furnished with new modern furniture and some rooms come with an En-suite which is a very nice luxury to have. Tenants love our properties because they are maintained to a high standard and offer comfort and safety to you.

The house has gas central heating and a fully kitted out shared kitchen with all the requirements you could need and the communal areas are cleaned regularly. .

We provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms and operate to high standards so you should be very happy living here 😎
