Student room available from the 1st June 2024.

I am currently studying a masters course and by the end of May I will leaving manchester to conduct self-led research. My contract is currently valid until the 13th July 2024, however, if you like the room, you are able to arrange a longer contract with Dwell student living, during the summer or for another year of study. Dwell student living favour those who live there already so you are pretty guarenteed a longer stay if this is something you are looking for.

I am looking for somone to cover the rest of my contract - 1 month and 21 days- a total of £959. Bills are all included and a £200 deposit would be needed.

I am looking for someone reliable , as an official change in contract will have to be made with student dwell living. They will ask for you to provide an official guarantor and some other paperwork.

Shared flat share with 3 other housemates. Two postgraduates and one undergraduate. Everyone is quiet, sociable and friendly.

Shared kitchen, common area and bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

House is regularly cleaned as we are all tidy people.

New flatmate must be studying a masters or be in third year.

Bills all included, including WIFI.
