Student Accommodation - Fallowfield, Manchester

hi, i am looking to find a replacement tennant for my student accommodation.

The room is located at Homes For Students Allen Court, Fallowfield and is a premium loft Ensuite. It is £159 P/W (all bills included)

The room itself is an en suite and comes with a double bed, a desk, chair and double wardrobe

There are 9 people in the flat (5 girls, 4 boys) ranging in ages and University years. The kitchen is shared but everyone has cupboard space, a fridge shelf and freezer drawer. And the kitchen is attached to a living room and table eating area.

The accommodation is only a 20 minute walk from University of Manchester, 25-30 minute walk from Manchester Met and there are plenty of bus options that take you directly to the universities. There is a row of shops located a 5 minute walk away, including a Sainsbury’s.
