Double room in quiet, cosy house (pet friendly)

Double room in house available, sharing with myself, a live-in landlord. There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath. Large shared kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. There is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer in a small separate utility room. There is a cosy shared living room with TV and sound system, comes with Netflix and other streaming services. All bills and council tax are included in the price. Broadband wi-fi is included. The house is warm and comfortable. The bedroom itself is furnished with bed and wardrobe etc. as shown in the pictures. There is a large garden, which would be good for cats or dogs, I would be open to having well-behaved pets in the house.

About me: I work full-time as a software developer, half the time working at home and half in the city centre office. I am fairly quiet and easy-going. I have been living in and around Manchester for the last few years, and have made some great friends and I plan to stay in the long-term. In my spare time I generally like to stay in, cook, watch TV, and listen to music, although I go out some evenings and at the weekend.

I am looking for a house-mate who is clean and tidy, and fairly quiet and easy going (this is not a loud party house!) Both students and professionals are welcome. Since we are sharing the house I think it is important that we get along well with each other. I'm happy to socialise sometimes, for example watch TV and/or have meals together, but it is not a requirement - if you want to spend most of your time in your room that is fine with me, as long as we can communicate and get along well so that we can deal with any practicalities in the house.
