The box room of the house has been turned into a little 'snug' room. A chill out area where you can take a break from your room and spend time with others watching TV. Or there is a small back garden where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine and/or fresh air!

The rooms consist of High speed WiFi and are fully furnished with new modern furniture and this room come with an En-suite. Tenants love our properties because they are maintained to a high standard and offer comfort and safety to you.

The house has gas central heating and a fully kitted out shared kitchen with all the requirements you could need and the communal areas are cleaned regularly. .

We provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms and operate to high standards so you should be very happy living here 😎
