Student House Available Fallowfield

We are a group of male 1st year Manchester Metropolitan University students looking for a new flatmate to join us as our 6th flatmate has decided he doesn’t want to stay at uni. Looking for someone who is social, likes going out, respects others (E. g. keeps noise low during exam times etc), and is not messy (cleans up after themselves). We don’t have gender preferences, and as long as your a student with similar interest your welcome to live here. The room available has a double bed on the ground floor, mounted TV on wall, wardrobe, desk facing window, and basically an ensuite (toilet to themselves next to room). Additionally, the pictures i have provided are the best i could find, some were screenshots of videos as i am not currently in the area. But i have provided the video too so you can gauge size etc.
