Double Room in 3 Bed Flat

Looking for someone to rent out one of the rooms in my 3 bedroom flat in fallowfield, close to the McDonald’s.

Tenancy starting from July 15th on a rolling monthly contract.

3 years ago I finished renovating this gorgeous flat, with everything brand new, including the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, electrics and heating. It is fully decorated in the common areas with plenty of room as it is in a 70s apartment.

I'm looking to rent out one of the bedrooms which has a double bed, fully furnished. The room shares a very spacious bathroom with a large shower and double sink, with plenty of under sink storage, with one other person.

Rent is £500 pm with bills included (excluding council tax).

I am a 22 year old professional that works a regular 9-5. My flat mate is 24, currently working in hospitality but is looking for a 9-5 also. Looking for someone of a similar age, who isn’t working hospitality. Ideally someone who is social and tidy would be moving in to the 3rd bedroom. :)
