Room for rent in female only house share

DISCLAIMER- NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS We are looking for a housemate to fill the spare room in our house, as our current housemate is moving out.

The house is small but cosy, with a fully fitted kitchen, living room and garden. It’s 2 floors, the available room is on the 1st floor and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one of us. There is a second toilet downstairs, and a storage room on the 1st floor also. Bills come to around £120-150 a month on top of the rent.

A little bit about us- we are a sociable couple of girls who love nights in watching movies or reality tv, but also enjoy a night out. We like spending time together in the evenings, but also have our own social lives outside the house too. We both work in the city centre, one of us works from home 2-3 days a week.

Firsts months rent would be due on 28th August plus deposit during reference checks. No students due to council tax, and female only.
