We have one room available at our wonderful 5 bed home on Braemar Road, Fallowfield.

As the home has 4 female students currently living here, our preference is for the 5th tenant to be a female as well.

There are 2 shared bathrooms and luxurious communal spaces for you and your housemates.

The room is £650pcm including all bills and there is a £500 deposit per person. Tenancy runs until 30th of June 2025.

- The bedrooms each include a TV, storage space, a desk and chair combination and a double bed.

- The kitchen utilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

- The backyard has seating and a table to enjoy the ‘famous’ Manchester sun.

- Your safety and security is paramount, therefore a RING doorbell is included to provide easy-access visibility.
