Hi! I am looking to move back home for the remainder of my degree after christmas, and just wanted to see if anyone was willing to take over my tenancy. It will be 152 a week for the rest of the tenancy till 12th July 2025. (two instalments)

All rooms have 100 MB Wi-Fi, which is included in your rent along with all other utility bills and contents insurance. This helps offer you hassle-free living, knowing your bills are already covered!
