I’m offering a double bedroom for rent at the price listed, with all bills and council tax included.

The flat is simple and practical, perfect for someone focused on their professional or personal growth rather than luxury furnishings. It’s just me living here, and you’ll have full access to the bathroom and kitchen, but please note that the living room is mainly used for my work and business purposes, so it’s not really a shared space.

I’m friendly and laid-back but also quite introverted, so I generally keep to myself. I’d ideally like to find someone who has a similar vibe—respectful, calm, and focused. I’m not picky about things like nationality, gender, or age, but it’s important to me that you’re considerate, mindful of noise levels, and drama-free.

The location is fantastic: we’re close to the University of Manchester, Manchester Royal Infirmary, and not too far from the city center. Plus, there are two lovely parks and a gym just a few minutes away. Sharing the flat with just one other person (me!) is a bonus compared to living in a crowded place.
