Able to be super flexible with the move in date , while the contract will run till the 30th June .

I am doing a semester abroad next term , hence the need of a replacement ☺️ there are also 2 other rooms in the house being rented out for the same reason , so if you are a group or looking to live with friends please let me know !😊 For example , if you are looking to live in a group of 2 or 3 this is also a possibility , so I can send you across pictures of the other rooms .

It is really lovely bright room , and the landlord of the property is super helpful, always willing to pop round when there is an issue.

The housemates are respectful but social , always willing to have a movie night together but happy to keep out of your space ☺️
