We are a group of three (2 guys, 1 girl) living in a house of 4 at the edge of Fallowfield/ Withington. We have a vacant downstairs double bedroom available from January 2025 - July 2025. The room is £115pcw with bills averaging £50 per month. The house is just a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Fallowfield, and a 2 minute walk away from the main road where you can catch the 143, 43, 142 etc to the University Campuses. We are a relatively quiet house, but we do like to go out for a drink and socialise when we're all free.
