Short Term Let

One double room(around 12-13 square metres) will be available on 1 Sep. 2025.
130 pounds per week for the double room (one person price and it is for the long term), all including water, electricity, gas bills, internet and TV license, council tax. There is one double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair inside the room. One shared bathroom, one living room and one kitchen downstairs.

It is not like a simple student accommodation but a very family-oriented terrace house. Very friendly neighbours will help you to feel ease and comfortable. You will share the house with one couple from China, one PhD female student from the University of Manchester, and they are nice and friendly.

All facilities are available, such as washing machine, fridge, microwave, heating, small yard. 2 minutes to bus 111 and then 10 minutes by bus to the University of Manchester. 6 minutes walk to EF school and Manchester School for Girls. 7 minutes walk to Wilmslow Road and Oxford Road. Many buses such as 42, 43, 142, 143 etc. 20-20 minutes walk to the University of Manchester, and 15 minutes by bus to the city centre. 40 minutes by bus to the airport. 10 minutes walk to curry miles. Aldi, Asian supermarkets and various restaurants and takeaway are nearby.
