Big double room in Fallowfield for professionals

We have a large double room available, sharing with friendly professionals. It is £400 pcm + bills (about £150 per month for bills, £550 approx. total including council tax at Council Tax Band C).

The house has four bedrooms but we are keeping one as a spare room/extra storage, a nice garden, a communal lounge, & all major appliances [washing machine, tumble dryer etc.] The property has fast 100Mb+ fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout and ethernet connections in all the bedrooms.

The house is near some really good bus routes to get into the City Centre. Burton Road and Withington Tram stops are both about 20 minutes walk away and we are also only a 10-15 minute walk from both Fallowfield and Withington.

We are ideally looking for someone friendly who is up for occasional house walks in the Peaks and possibly a few pub quizzes and board game sessions too! But ultimately we also have our own lives and do our own thing a lot of the time as well! Our other current hobbies include things like console/PC gaming, climbing, running and cinema.

We also have a cat in the house, so it would be ideal if you were a cat lover!
